My yard went from scary to serene, thank you Younge Contracting. Our project was large in scope, and intimidating. We have a flooding problem, amplified by being a foot lower than both next door neighbors. Aeric skillfully guided us through the goals, thoughts, snd possibilities to mitigate this problem. Most of our project is invisible underground. That’s where the real project is. But who can know that? What the neighbors can see is the prettiest backyard on the block. Previously it was full of chaos, half full of “formerly was pretty” spaces and half full of “never was pretty” spaces. Now it’s all healthy plants and a fresh green slate. But the real issue wasn’t the weeds, it was the flood risk. To accomplish this, we had to go all the way to dirt and below. Everything had to go: plants, clutter, and deck. Aeric pointed out a huge sag to our deck, Something like that was invisible to our eyes We knew we would lose the cramped and aging deck with this project, but we didn’t know it was a danger too. We dug huge trenches and for drain tile. This was much harder than it had to be because the dirt was absolutely filled with rocks. I now know why I couldn’t ever dig a suitable hole of any size without a shovel scraping limestone chunks. But we got them out, made the trenches, covered the drain tile with pretty dirt and beautiful grass. Aeric was good at guiding. I tend to be an odd mix of boring and boisterous, and my style reflects it. He helped me choose a nice concrete patio style that would help protect our property and be pleasing to everyone who sees it. I am very happy because it is both practical and charming. This project was very expensive and psychologically scary to hire. We just didn’t know what we were needing or how to get there, only a vague idea of what we should probably do and that we really needed this to be done right and well. We made a good choice with Younge Contracting.

Expert Brush Removal in Rochester, MN
Brush removal in Rochester, MN clears overgrown shrubs, dense undergrowth, invasive plants, and tangled vegetation from your property. Younge Contracting handles yards, fence lines, lot edges, and wooded corners that have gotten out of hand. Rochester properties deal with heavy spring regrowth after long winters, and that seasonal flush can turn a manageable yard edge into a thick tangle fast. We cut, pull, and haul away brush so nothing is left behind. The cleared space is ready for lawn care, landscaping, new planting, or construction prep. Overgrown brush also hides pest habitat and blocks sightlines along driveways and property lines. Removing it reduces those risks and makes routine yard maintenance easier going forward. Whether you have a small backyard thicket or a large overgrown lot, our crew brings the right equipment to get the area clean and open. Contact Younge Contracting to schedule brush removal in Rochester.
